1. Shipping Areas
We ship Australia-wide and internationally.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Remote and regional areas (WA, NT, TAS, etc.) may experience longer delivery times.
2. Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping: AUD $13.99 for orders under $150.

Free Standard Shipping: for all orders over AUD $150.

Express Shipping: available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders placed on business days before 2 PM (AEST) are processed and dispatched the same day when in stock.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please allow additional processing time during sales or peak periods.
4. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 9 – 20 business days.

Express Shipping: 5 – 12 business days.
5. Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and any relevant photos.
Brazilian Street Dogs is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, but we’ll do our best to assist in locating them.
